Various premium grades of tivar used for every application: there are several formulations of redco tivar product line that can be used in almost every application for reducing noise, preventing bridging, ratholing, hang ups and eliminating static and decreasing wear on equipment.
Some of the special formulations are:
• Redco tivar 88: Redco tivar is recognized as the premium lining material for handling bulk materials. Tivar because of its low friction of surface is best known for its operation of upgrading material flow of packed, non-free flowing or cohesive materials. Tivar 88 liners are best to use when one requires eliminating or reducing rathole, arch and erratic flow of material challenges in bunkers, bins, railcars, hoppers and chutes etc.
• Redco tivar with burngaurd: it has flame retarding properties. When combustion source is removed, tivar with burngaurd extinguishes by itself and no further impact is experienced.
• Redco tivar dryslide: it is an electro static dissipative for eliminating shock because of friction. It is best suited for dusty environment and is self lubricating and corrosion resistant with no absorption of moisture.
• Redco tivar H.O.T: it is designed to maintain the performance properties in large number of industrial manufacturing environments having temperature vary up to 275°F.
